Return and Refund Policy
Pre-Authorization Required for all returns. Please contact our customer service department to initiate the return process. Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns after this time period has elapsed. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and free from any signs of wear and tear.
To initiate a return and obtain pre-authorization, please contact our customer service team. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Some items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons or other restrictions.
