• Power vacuuming pool & debris
• Clean skimmer & pump baskets
• Clean bag on automatic pool cleaner
• Brush walls, steps & benches (where applicable)
• Monitoring/Inspecting equipment for leaks
• 15% Off Repair Parts/Equipment
• Three (3) Free filter clean each year (12 mos.) 
• Phosphate & Algae treatments (not included for non-active pools)
• Weekly report detailing work done/problems noted (via email or text)
